Presumably OFFICAL 2015/16 Premier League - Leicester CHAMPS. Best Sports Story Ever

To me it's the combo of a mediocre DM and a lack of depth at central defender/the aging slow legs of Mertesacker.

This was a valid criticism last year. Not this year. DM: Coquelin/Arteta. CB: Merticelny then Gabriel & Chambers as 3rd & 4th choice. Defensive cover is not the issue this season. Its goals.

Arteta? LOL.

Chambers? LOLOLOLOL.

You have peered into the future to declare this so?

It's a prediction, Mr. Caterpillar Jacket.

Benzema is gonna score so many fucking goals. It's gonna be nuts.

This is going to be an interesting year for Spurs - sounds like they are determined to let the young kids play a lot more, and Spurs are very high on several of them. Last year saw Mason, Bentaleb and Kane break into the first 11, and I expect at least one more youth player to make that jump this year (probably Alli or Pritchard). Spurs have a loaded youth system that has built up over the past decade, and Poch is here to play them.

Dele Alli (CM) - 19. Came from MK Dons. He's big, fast and supposedly the fittest player in the squad. Spurs were expecting to possibly loan him out again, but he's been so good in pre-season he might end up starting.

Alex Pritchard (Wide Forward) - 22. Was in the Championship Team of the Year last year on loan at Brentford where he scored 12 goals and helped them to the playoffs. Smallish, but fast and tricky and a wicked shot from distance. Spurs have been waiting for him to physically catch up to his skills, and a full year of banging in the brutal Championship seems to show he's ready.

Shaq Coulthirst (ST) - 20. Played on loan for a few clubs in League One and League Two. Probable ceiling is as a striker for a bottom half PL team or in the Championship. Going to stay with the first team for now as cover for Kane, will probably go on loan if Spurs get another striker (or even be sold).

Harry Winks (CM) - 19. Has never gone on loan, seems to be highly thought of within the club. Smallish clever attacking CM. Will probably play in early rounds of cup matches and then go on loan.

Joshua Onomah (AM / F) - 18. Also never gone on loan. Bigger AM / F who has excelled in the Spurs youth setup. Same as Winks, expect to see him in Carling Cup / EL matches than a loan.

Deandre Yedlin (RB) - 22. Speedy right back / winger. Almost certainly going to go out on loan to get PL experience (or maybe a top Championship squad like Pritchard went to last year).

Cameron Carter-Vickers (CB) - 17. The next Spurs superstar if what everyone says is true. Been called a "Rolls-Royce Footballer" by members of the coaching staff, Spurs aren't going to take a single risk with him. He might even come in and play some cup matches to get experience, but the entire next 2-3 years are with an eye to make sure he's healthy and ready to take over. If he's a bust (either for Spurs or USA) it'll be a shock at this point. He's a physical specimen already, with enormous thighs and the common comparison in Spurs youth watchers is not to Ledley King ... it's to that other Spurs defender who shall not be named (Judas).

i thought pep was taking over the beginning of the calendar year?

Dele Alli was also last year's PFA Young Player of the Year for the Football League, covering the Championship through League Two.

Interesting. I actually don't know the answers. Would like to know.

Arteta's body is finished. He is the walking wounded right now.

Jonny Evans is twice the player that Chambers is and he's like 6th choice CB at MUFC right now. Ivanovic is 4th choice CB at Chelsea. Fazio/Dier are 4th choice at Spurs.

Chambers is fucking awful and all those options are far, far better than he is.
