Season Long College Basketball Thread

Northwestern whippin' Shaka right now. Maybe this is the year?

Dont know if any of you guys watched Creighton yet but they are damn good. You guys looked really good against CofC, we are going to have a couple of fun, offensive friendly games between NCSU and WF this year. ACC is STACKED.

Creighton/Xavier/Nova Big East games should be fun this year.

Wake and State are gonna drop 100's on each other.

Pat Kelsey that is Wintrop's coach used to be a Wake Assistant under Skip right? Looks like he's doing a really good job with that program.

Wow - Washington went for 21 with 16 boards in ECU's last game (against Stetson - thanks Bzz).
 
WF transfer update:

Madison Jones is starting at PG for Seton Hall (#36 in KP). They are 3-0 with a win over Iowa. He is leading the Hall in assists, but has not scored much 4.5 ppg.
Bill Moto is starting at PF for Towson (#135 in KP). They are 2-1 are narrowly missed upsetting MD on Sunday. Moto is averaging 17 ppg and 7 rpg.
Tyler Cavanaugh is starting at PF for GW (#100 in KP). They are 3-1 having lost to UGA last night. TC is averaging 18 ppg and 8 rpg.
Andre Washington is starting at C for ECU (#168 in KP). They are 3-1 having lost to Charlotte. AW is averaging 10 ppg and 8 rpg
Miles Overton is starting a SF for Drexel (#249 in KP). They are 2-2 including a 19 point loss to Rutgers. MO is averaging 4.5 ppg and 2.5 rpg. Overton is shooting 1-15 from 3 on the season. Ouch.

Rondale Marshall is sitting out this season and will play for Marshall next year. Marshall is 4-0 and #116 in KP.

Almost forgot, Cornelius Hudson transferred to D2 Angelo State. He was on their roster to start the season. Played in their first exhibition game at Texas, and has since dropped off the Angelo State roster. So, it appears that Crab's college career is over.

Thanks for the updates, Pilch. I do appreciate them and nice to see these guys mostly doing well. But it's still painful. At least I have UVA season tix, and VT is on the rise with Buzz and will hopefully make the tourney this year.

If I'm not mistaken none of these guys would be playing for Wake this year.
