Looking to improve upon last fall's 13th-place at the ACC championship, Deacs sign two out of Texas:

4:14 / 9:04 (from national power The Woodlands) and 4:12 / 9:13 (plus a 22nd place finish at Foot Locker xc) are solid but not spectacular high school times for an ACC signee. Lots of variability in how a top high school runner will perform in college once asked to run 80+ miles per week.
edited to add: it's entirely possible these two are already running that type of mileage; The Woodlands in particular has an amazing program
