Austin has started a very cool charity campaign where money is donated to the Human Rights Campaign based on individual players stats on his soccer team, North Carolina FC (formerly Railhawks)

It's actually not just for people on his team. Soccer players from around the country have joined in, including former Deacs Sam Cronin, Ike Opara, Collin Martin, Andy Lubahn, and Katie Stengel. They currently have 27 players from five leagues on board.
