Castillo's problem is that he can't defend, which is a real issue for a defender.
Good atmosphere for the Brazil-Mexico game, which was expected. Brazil represented well, but still only made up about 15% of the crowd. Biggest difference between this game and the USA game that I saw was Mexico actually had defenders and they took full advantage of what opportunities they had. I was surprised at how well they stifled Brazil's offense.
Either Parky isn't at his best at RB or the Danish Superliga is shit. He's looked bad in both games he's played.
As well as the Brazil match. Those certainly seem to say more than a 5-1 blistering of guys in kilts.
I know you can't judge much from one or even two matches, and particularly friendlies, but that Mexico team I watched today looked loads better than anything the US has put on the field the last two times out. They looked better against Bosnia too.
How was Canada robbed of a goal? Foul or not, the US players stopped defending after the whistle. Just shut up.
Had it recorded and stopped watching after the 60th. Brutal
I'm really confused why we would play a more defensive 4-4-2 tonight. We played very well against Scotland and Brazil with a 4-3-3 and tonight I felt we were more defensive. Dempsey and Donovan are really difficult to use in a 4-4-2 because they both like to get central and the FWD doesn't know where to play. Dolo never got forward tonight.
Chicharito now has scored 25 goals in 36 games for Mexico against 19 different opponents.
He's not that good. Only a "poacher."

Did anyone listen to the post game interviews with Howard and Cherundolo. Neither seemed to be too upset with the US's play last night.
We have to stop playing a wide formation if the wingers we use (Torres, Landy) can't beat their defender 1v1. Say what you will about Brek Shea (I know he's prob not ready), but he showed he was capable of beating defenders on his own out wide. Without those kinds of players, you're really only going to create chances out wide with FB overlaps.
Brek Shea fucking sucks
