The Bobcats would be crazy to spend a penny on free agents. In fact, they should let Mullens and Henderson go. There is no point in their winning 30 games next year. since that's the case, they should set 18 wins as their goal to ensure a Top 4 pick.
You don't let Henderson, go obviously. He should be relatively cheap to keep, is a good player for the future rebuild, and wants to play in Charlotte. Also, he's not going to swing too many wins next year anyway. You let Mullens go because, in the end, he's not very good. McRoberts is a better backup to Zeller, and likely cheaper. (As I wrote this I saw a tweet saying they'll extend a QO to Hendo but not to Mullens.)
The Doc/Simmons thing is getting uglier. Not a good look for either of these guys:
