Just to clarify - he didn't take a JuCo in 2012. The only two guys that he recruited in that class were Ray and the post-grad transfer.
Ending sentences with prepositions is quintessential LOWF (though technically not grammatically unsound)
if Wake wants Manning, they get him to sign on the dotted line and have a presser tonight before he goes back tomorrow. Great weather for his visit is a plus.
If Wake does not land Manning, it will look awful for Wake and especially Wellman.
My guess is that Shaka is at Wake interviewing Manning for his top assistant job. Probably the most likely scenario.
Eager to hear the feedback from the Wake Will DC event.
If manning turns us down, what then?

Just so I can get my narratives straight...
Buzz Williams wasn't a fit because he took in Jucos (1 in 2013 and 1 in 2012).
Gregg Marshall wasn't a fit (partially) because he took in Jucos (1 in 2013, 3 in 2012- though two of those were Canadians which is a bit of a different issue).
Danny Manning is a fit even though he took in Jucos (2 in 2013 and 1 in 2012).
I think Ben Howland is still available.
O this board will be a world of fun confusion and anger if Manning walks because Wellman refuses to be "flexible" (tulsa referred to it charitably as academic reform) with academic standards.
