Wake is showing interest in Immanuel Quickley 6'4 PG Class of 2018. He is considered a five star prospect and given his location Childress should be our lead recruiter for him.

Melo Eggleston is a decent start to the class. But we'll have to see who we bring in for official visits to know whether to be optimistic or pessimistic about the class. I think it's a good sign that the staff is not making a lot of new offers to the 2017 class at this point. They must feel good where they stand with at least some of the offers already out there.

Yes, that is his father. Both are very nice people. John Newman is a realtor in Greensboro.
 
Johnny Newman was one of my favorite Hornets ever when I was an nba obsessed teenager. I remember him as an athletic slasher with a decent jumper and poor defense
