Carolina refs!!! Oh wait, they are Carolina. Always blame it on the guys in stripes when you suck, give up too many points and can't pull out the game winning play inside the 5 yard line twice in the same season.

I thought at the beginning the plan was to have CJ Anderson to help get the tough yards , and a power option in the red zone. So we struggle inside the 5 and cut CJ after what 4-5 games. ????

I’d trade Cam and McCaffrey for Baker and Chubb straight-up today. Cam has gotten stubborn and his best days appear to be behind him.

You'd be dumb not to do that deal if you were the Panthers.
Who do you think performs better over the next five years, Baker or Cam ? I threw in the running backs because the Panthers running game between the tackles is in shambles. We barely even run Cam anymore and CMC has had like one successful game as an inside running back.
Baker looks like the real deal and Chubb has vanquished Carlos Hyde to Jacksonville.

Not to mention a good QB on a rookie deal is the best luxury to have in the NFL.

I certainly don't always blame it on the refs. We didn't deserve to win today, but there were some huge calls that were pretty light that probably swung the game by the margin of victory today. I guess I should realize I'm sending up your batsignal when saying the refs sucked, but this was a flag happy crew today. Why do some crews throw flags at a much higher rate than others? It's the same game throughout the league is it not? Shouldn't be such a big discrepancy between refs crews -- which indicates to me that some aren't as good at their job. Whether that's the crews that call more penalties or less is up for debate, but I think you can guess where I'd come down.

I threw CMC/Chubb in to make it at least debatable. Chubb is a more traditional back who’s proving to be a better receiver than advertised. Plus you can always get a scat back to do a lot of what CMC does as a complement to Chubb.
I mean, we were supposed to have a back to complement CMC this year, but we still don’t.

No you can’t. CMC is the best dual threat RB in the league. Chubb is good but CMC is going to have a much better career.
