Axis & Allies >>> Risk

I don't disagree. Although I loved both. Two weeks ago my wife's new boss had a board game party in Winston that we attended and I straight up dominated:

It took like 2.5 hours to win, but there were beers so I was cool.

cult tv mount rushmore has gotta include space ghost coast to coast (founded Adult Swim) and MST3k (only show to move public access -> cable -> streaming?)

TTR is a great strategy game that CASUALS can learn/play/enjoy in one night.

Catan is the same if you get through the first game.

Risk is fun until you get older and can see the endgame an hour or two before it's there.

I'd like to try the Legacy Risk game, though. Seems like it could be cool.

did you submit a letter about how much you loved the architecture and the visions of your grandkids bouncing on you knee in the parlor? legit worked on the house we're moving to.

Spaceghost? Now we gotta go with an Adult Swim Mount Rushmore.

There used to be a great free place to play it online and I used to play it all the time. I think it got shut down at some point, but it might be back.

Hasbro has a free Risk app that is great, though you can only play 3 games or so at a time. For $5 it's unlimited.

no

i suppose the promising thing is we've actually found 3 or 4 places we liked and can afford in dc proper; i wasn't sure that would be the case before we started
