I have wild onions all over my lawn now. This stuff grows very quick and gives the lawn a very unkept look. I have had to put acorn collecting on the back burner for the time being to deal with this mess.

eat a lot of some really spicy Indian food and shit in your own yard first. Deer hate Indian food.

Yeah this 100%. I don't even want to quote that post because I want to avoid seeing that picture on this page.

The cooler more modern day equivalent is probably some slick electrostatic glass that you can turn on/off for privacy. That's real $$$$ though

We’ve gotten two quotes back on finishing a 110sqft shed into an office/living area. No plumbing will be there.

First quote was $30k.

Just got the second quote at $22k. Guy wants to put in a $2500 commercial grade 1 ton mini spit which is outrageous for that size space.

Looks like we might be undertaking a project over the next couple months depending on the third contractor. Only issue is getting electricity out there. Both contractors quoted $3,500.

Just piss in the yard whenever you have to go. Just vary your location. It works, I've done it for years. Plus it lowers your water bill from less flushes.

Peeing in the front yard might get me in trouble.

What are you having done besides the A/C and electric?

SLC is a little outside my local travel area.

Insulation, drywall, need a couple windows & doors need to be upgraded to insulated exterior doors.

Figured. But the one that quoted $30k did say he has a couple weeks without anything until his next project starts. He will remain jobless until that time.
