I feel like I’m reading the Scarlet Letter again. Which stinks, because I didn’t particularly enjoy it the first time.

Do you think Tucker’s attorneys are sick and twisted, because I’m just repeating what is in their 106 page letter. I was skeptical of this alleged “victim” of phone sex from the beginning. In the small chance this case would ever make it to trial (unlike 95%+ of civil cases) I’m interested in how much of the “tramp” evidence even gets admitted. Is having an affair with another married coach anything beyond propensity character type evidence? Sure Tucker can argue that this was part of a “plan” but is there any evidence out there that she was with Stoudamire as part of any plan?
Seems like a lot of this evidence isn’t even gonna be admitted at a trial that will almost never happen. I’m sure plenty of attorneys can chime in on that evidentiary stuff though
