In all honesty, my biggest complaint with using cash is that it’s a lot harder for me to budget my money because I can never remember what I spent the cash on

if you forgot, it must not be that important

Same. I only feel bad about it in the dispensary since they only take cash tips but they just hand me bottles of gummies from 2 feet away from the register so idk.

In Italy I didn’t use cash once the entire trip.

$20 max and it usually sits there forever unless I encounter a Girl Scout cookie booth like i said.
I had a $20 in my wallet my mom paid me back for something like 6 months ago. Then the other night the two boys who live next door came to sell chocolate bars for school so I got 2 from each. Asked if they could break a $20 and they said yes then just walked off with it and my wife said they thought you meant keep the change. But not like I could go back and ask for my change.

If you have to have a layover, you hats the shortest layover that’s reasonable? Is 40ish pushing it?

you can be fucked even in the middle of summer connecting in a small airport if there's a minor mechanical issue or traffic jam on the taxiway/arriving gate

i do this too often receently - thank you applepay

in our 10 days in the UK in the fall, I think i only used my physical card like 3 times and cash literally one timee. everything else was applepay. was pretty convienent.
