I'm fine with this offense and would take the Navy coach. Talent as opposed to the ape offense has more to do with coming from behind. We've been behind a bunch this year.

Cut is a better coach than Grobe, has much better assistants and has recruited better players over the past 4 years. That doesn't mean an Orange Bowl or ACC championship but it's a more sustainable model of being competitive than what we built.

Can we all just please stop with the academics...its been the go to Wake Forest excuse for 50 years. Others out there make it a positive and if we're going to choose to be in the ACC then we need to find a way to compete with the schools we're playing. Grobe did win a conference championship so...

Billy's brother, Jay's son played for Augusta State...I'm sure they don't share your view of the school. I get so tired of the academic excuse...it must be something all of us get along with our degree which helps us deal with the next 60 year's of disappointments.

There was a time that we had so many guys out there that every week we had an alum on the first page of the leader board. I really don't think we're getting it done in this sport anymore in spite of having one of the top practice facilities in the country.

Women's golf did have a bad year but have delivered 2 ACC Championships in the last 5 years. If you want to talk about a flagship program that's not getting it done take a look at the last 14 year's of Men's golf. Does anyone know if we're at all a threat to compete for the title this weekend?

Looped for her at Sedgefield in the Pro Am with John Daily. She probably lost 6 balls all snapped off to the left from the tee. She played poorly but was nice to all the many fans. Carries a big makeup bag in her golf bag and went to it often.

I'm Buzzout but it was great and exciting to beat #2...having said that I'd rather be #2 than being in the midst of a third losing season and beat #2. If we end up the year with a losing ACC record...overall losing record and no postseason then we can all sit back on selection Sunday and brag...

If we're really a program that has/is turning the corner then last night we should have beat BC at their place in front of 73 screaming fans by 16 points. Forget the calls...a Wake program on the rise should have run them out of their gym. NC State was mediocre for 15 years...we're headed there.

I disagree...these type things will work especially when presented as a unified fan base against an out of touch admin. It takes longer at Wake Forest but I do believe if we finish 6-12 or less with the blowouts they will make a move at season's end. It could also be like a Lowe situation where...
