WFU Hoops: '24-'25 Roster Construction Thread: (-) Carr, Monsanto, Ituka, Clark, Miller, Marsh, Keller, Canka / (+) Spillers, Biliew, Cosby

I heard it was “PassItNumber4” or “PassItNumberFour” or thereabouts, but yea—regardless of the exact wording of the screen name, I pretty much heard the same thing.

Not sure how it would all shake out but there’s no effing way Forbes is pitching Baba Miller on a backup role.

So a two-fer from Iowa State (potentially)? Hamilton had a pretty solid offer list per 247, including Alabama, VT, GT, and Illinois.

Never thought of it like this before but you’re pretty much exactly right. Like, why even bother.

Nice move by Forbes using this as basically a commercial advertisement for why players should transfer here.

Pro Hoops Deacs - Jake LaRavia with 89 points in last three games of the season

Not to mention 9/9 from the line. Dude’s gotta have some sort of new pet move or something (in addition to quickening his 3-point release significantly).

Pro Hoops Deacs - Jake LaRavia with 89 points in last three games of the season

Yea from what I’ve seen the past few weeks, Jake has quickened his release and improved his catch-and-shoot footwork SIGNIFICANTLY.

Playing his way into having his option picked up, that’s for sure.

Dell’Orso would be great but I can’t imagine he gives us the time of day unless he’s certain he won’t be blocked by Sallis.

Man, good for State but not sure how much longer I can stay interested in this sport if the ACC “haves” start helping themselves to the best players from the ACC “have nots” every April.

Yea, like come on guys. One sport has like 85 scholarships, the other what, 13? One awesome player—like, say, a home grown point guard from a few miles away—can make a basketball program an instant title contender. It’s the same 4-6 SEC and Big 10 teams vying for the football championship...

Good to know, thanks. For what it’s worth, if it were me I’d prioritize use of any NIL that is earmarked for keeping current players to Reid and Carr rather than Boopie.
