It is impossible to find nowadays, but I'll never forget the footage/segment of Bourdain visiting Eamonn's in Alexandria for No Reservations. At one point (IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY) him and the owner of the resto kind of make a build-your-own chip butty and he talks about it being the ultimate stoner food.

So that might be an option if that place is still good.
