Wake Golf 2024 - Women finish 9th and Men 16th

Not sure what is up with Wake coaches and their fashion sense. Reminds me of another one who wanted his players to wear socks properly.

The wearing of pants and not shorts for Wake Forest golfers goes back to early Jesse Haddock days. When he had guys in the 80’s gripe about having to wear pants, his answer was something like you see Curtis, Jay, Gary, etc wearing pants so we wear pants. And they wore pants when they were here!

As for why tOSU can have a good golf team despite the whole state of Ohio sucking, one word, ‘Nicklaus’. Kind of like Wake and ‘Palmer’. Unfortunately, Haas seems to be squatting and picking at the same grass that Grobe did in his latter years.
