uh... 6'9" in shoes? he really has a way with words.
 
The most paradoxical part of the video was Bz stating that he spent lots of time with CJ and Travis teaching them how to be leaders. It's well documented through actions and results that Bz has no clue how to effectively lead himself. How is he possibly qualified to teach leadership?

Me too. It honestly sounds like a Grobe quote. Similar to his "just get it close in the 4th and hope to win" attitude.

It's not so much his attitude as it is reality. He knows it. It's the fanbase that doesn't get it.
 
So if we win 4 more games, will they do the same interview next year with the interviewer saying, "So Coach, 8 wins in Year 1, 13 in Year 2, 14 last year, can you get to 15 wins this season?" PROGRESS!

Please end this nightmare.
