So Boehner's going to be the commencement speaker at Catholic Univ. and almost 80 faculty at several Catholic colleges have written him saying he's “among the worst in Congress” on protecting the poor, particularly his budget cuts to programs for the poor. Do you think that members of Congress have an obligation under the Constitution to ignore all Church teachings -- even those that are moral rather than doctrinal or theological?
