Recall hearing on radio (?) broadcast that he hurt his back in practice on Wed. (Janvion)
 
The play of WF's safeties was awful, and that's kind.
 
I'm not sure any position or coach did anything right last night. Offense, defense, kicking game, and coaching sucked ass last night.

They never turn around to find the football. Is that a new technique because our DB's never did with Grobe either?

Correct. Grobe made a big point of teaching DBs *not* to turn around, b/c it isn't required in college even though it is in pro. But as you can see even college refs look at where to DB is looking when calling PI if there's any incidental contact.
 
And they could also get lost if they turn and lose the receiver. I can see it both ways, but it does seem that college refs are quicker to throw a flag if you don't turn around, even if the contact is the same.
