Before VCU, Toby Veal was at NW Florida State College. Before that -- Colorado.

Nice to get Veal's comment on Bz's commitment to year round conditioning.

I don't trust any coach who promises playing time to his recruits. It's stupid. If a player doesn't deserve playing time, you don't have to give it to them, even if your team does suck. We had a 7 foot junior who couldn't get 20 minutes a game on a 8-24 team.
