ESPN blurs Sidney Crosby's mouth. What did he say after he scored his return goal?

I was watching Sports Center and I noticed when they showed the highlight (labeled 'King of the Night' if you want to see for yourself), they blurred his mouth right after he scored. It's barely noticeable but his entire mouth is blurred. Looking at replays on YouTube, I can't make it out and Google isn't helping much.

Does anyone know the deal?
 
He slurred words because of his concussion and ESPN wants everybody to think that he's ok when he really still has symptons.
 
I was at the game. Very noticeable "FUCK YEA!" after he scored.

How many games before someone takes a run at Cindy and knocks him out for another 10 months?
