What happened to the 4 for $48 special for the VT game? I am wanting to come back down for a weekend game sometime and that is the next one that fits my schedule.

How can I get tickets to this game if not available as single games now?

I'd say you're pretty safe just waiting for the generosity of people walking into the Joel.

Get there 30 minutes early & just bring $40 cash if its cold/raining so you can buy 4 quick from a scalper at $10/ticket if worse comes to worse.
