Funny article about the Lakers having 5 American born, white players. Since they couldn't ever get Coach K, they figured they would emulate him in another way. They're only a Jimmer (Mormon) and Brian Scalabrine (Irish Catholic ginger) away from having the whitest basketball team ever.

Apparently no other team in the league has more than 3. If they make the finals, LA could start a reverse Texas-Western just for shits and gigs.
 
Artest's "Obama!" comment is LOL hilarious. Seems like something Tracy Morgan would say.
