Had Dustin Hopkins made that game ending kick against Virginia, FSU would have the nation's longest win streak.

That, to me, is crazy. This entire off season, the media would have said, 'FSU hasn't lost since their trip to Winston-Salem.'

I don't understand what made you decide this was a good idea for a thread.

I doubt that even F$U fans give a shit about this. It's not a statistic either, it's just a hypothetical.

Every thought you have doesn't need to be a thread.

You've made this "observation" several times now
Come again? I have posted in three threads since the BCS Championship Game (when LSU lost, that made this hypothetical stat possible). I have not once brought this up since that game.

If Wake has gone undefeated the past three seasons, we'd have multiple NC's and the talking heads would spend all off-season talking about our domination of college football!

You're right. I think I'm confusing you for stoneville. I know this "thought" has been expressed before on ogboards.

Forgot about that one. With that said, the main point of this thread was the hypothetical winning streak which was never mentioned prior to this post.

Oh, good. I'm really glad someone informed us Wake fans about the hypothetical win streak that F$U could have had, but didn't. You catch any typos on ESPN today, Kahoji?

If Tim Duncan, Rodney Rogers, Randolph Childress were all younger, and Oden decided to come to Wake. We could have had a starting line-up of CP3, Chill, Duncan, Oden, Rogers, with Justin Grey coming off the bench.. We would have been AWESOME!
