I wouldn't want to be Wellman when he explains to Grobe that the extra $2 million has to go towards buying out Bzz's contract rather than building much needed new locker rooms at Groves.

Football has received the lion's share of the extra money for facilities ever since the Deacon Tower.

It's time to put some real money into basketball facilities. Buy the Joel (being done) and do a substantial renovation. That has to come first. Football has hit the ceiling of what can be done at Wake. Basketball is in the cellar and that is killing us. Climbing out of the cellar will require major, major bucks.
