WI bill could put docs in jail for prescribing morning after pill

Very many, if not most, laws and their associated rules are "very vague" and can be interpreted in such a way as to let apparatchiks accuse people acting in good faith of a crime. That is one of the reasons that so many people are so afraid of new laws like the ACA.
