He signed a LOI. Even if he gets granted a full release, ACC rules prohibit him from going to another ACC school without sitting out a year.

This is all about culture change from the start. As far as the timing, all of the assistants leaving broke the camel's back.

Culture change is fun! Now we get excited for 5 or 6 ACC wins in a seasons. Screw those unreasonable 10-12 win desires. It's a win win for VT. Maybe they should get the master of culture change from us? Heck right now I would LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE to have Seth as the WFU head coach.

(KidA isn't sure why people still say things like this, since as has been established, Harrell signed an LOI and thus will not be recruited by anyone unless VT lets him out of it, which it won't.)
