Clinton is killing it.

That said, he is every bit as responsible for the economic crash as Bush is, if not more. His administration saw the repeal of Glass-Steagall, and it was his housing policy that led to home loans being offered to people who couldn't afford them and the securitization of mortgages.

There's nothing in the CRA about lending to bad credit risks! And CRA-regulated institutions made only 25% of the subprime loans!
