Is this a backdoor Obama ad?

I hate Regions for one reason: their stupid LA LALALALA song. That is the most annoying thing in commercials in the past 5 years. I would choke the guy/girl responsible for it to death and would serve my sentence proudly (although I think a jury would find me sympathetic after my atty plays the commercial 10 times in a row in court).
