I rub mine with evoo and salt before I bake to get a crispy skin. om nom.
 
The best. Except left over mashed potatoes are surprisingly terrible.

idk man. some roasted fingerling in the bottom of a roasting pan filled w/ chicken or a pork loin is god damned delish.
