Its that time of the year where somebody starts a brand new Christmas music thread instead of resurrecting one from prior years. You're welcome.

Everybody knows all the regular stuff, Mariah Carey and Bing Crosby and Vince Guaraldi and whatnot. Personally, I'm about done with those, looking for some new stuff. Over the past couple years I've found a few cool Christmas albums that don't annoy the crap out of me, wondering if anyone else has some that fit that criteria.

Barenaked Ladies: Barenaked for the Holidays
Brian Setzer Orchestra: Boogie Woogie Christmas
She & Him: A Very She & Him Christmas (Zooey Deschanel)
Bright Eyes: A Christmas Album
Relient K: Let it Snow, Baby; Make it Reindeer
Wynton Marsalis: Christmas Jazz Jam
moe.: Season's Greetings
human: Under the Christmas Star

Aside from ELC's epic album (thanks search function), any others out there?

If you can find it...

"What Can You Get a Wookiee for Christmas (When He Already Owns a Comb?)" is a true classic Christmas track

You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch.
You really are a heel.
You're as cuddly as a cactus,
You're as charming as an eel,
Mr. Grinch.
You're a bad banana with a greasy black peel.

You're a monster, Mr. Grinch.
Your heart's an empty hole.
Your brain is full of spiders.
You've got garlic in your soul, Mr Grinch.
I wouldn't touch you with a
Thirty-nine and a half foot pole.

You're a vile one, Mr. Grinch.
You have termites in your smile,
You have all the tender sweetness of a seasick crocodile,
Mr Grinch.
Given the choice between the two of you,
I'd take the seasick crocodile.

You're a foul one, Mr. Grinch.
You're a nasty wasty skunk.
Your heart is full of unwashed socks.
Your soul is full of gunk,
Mr Grinch.

The three best words that best describe you,
Are as follows, and I quote"
Stink!
Stank!
Stunk!

You're a rotter Mr Grinch
You're the king of sinful sots
Your hearts a dead tomato squashed with moldy purple spots
Mr Grinch

Your sole is a appalling dump heap
Overflowing with the most disgraceful
Assortment of deplorable rubbish imaginable,
Mangled up in tangled up knots.

You nauseate me, Mr Grinch
With a noxious super nos
You're a crooked jerky jockey and,
You drive a crooked horse
Mr Grinch!

You're a three-decker sauerkraut
And toadstool sandwich,
With arsenic sauce!

I just found out about this "A Very Special Christmas" album series thanks to "Christmas in Hollis" Pandora (by far the best holiday Pandora station out there BTW)...I'm sure some of them are heinous and more of the same old/same old, but some of the songs are great finds.

Is that Rev Run with Mase, Puff Daddy, Snoop , Salt-n-Pepa, Onyx & Keith Murray doing Santa Baby???? YUP!

TAB this is Christmas music we're talking about. If you listen to Michael Buble and Kenny G the other eleven months out of the year, that's cool

John Denver and The Muppets.

Best Christmas album ever.

David Crowder band Christmas cd is really good

The Killers release one christmas song every year
