Have noticed on my machine lately that you can't play a twitter video on this page through the embed, you have to click through to go to the twitter page. That has changed (for me) recently. Is it something specific to me, do you think? Like a browser thing? Just curious.

It may also just be twitter messing with how their content works.. kinda like how youtube disables some videos from playing on third party sites so they can get you to click through into their pages. We're doing a pretty naive iframe embedding approach iirc, just kinda hacked some code tags around it to make it work. It's a big weakness of this version of vbulletin.
Word. Totally not a big deal, was just wondering if I could do something locally to fix. Thanks.

Thanks for your understanding El Chupe. We do everything we can but sometimes it takes a few days for Twitter to understand that what they're doing isn't working for us here at the OGBoards. Eventually it all gets worked out though as Twitter is a great company and listens to us users.
Twitter can go fuck itself then! I'm going to look into some legal action I can pursue.

I've noticed recently that embedded tweets are invisible in Chrome (blank body posts but I can see the embedded code if I quote it) but render normally in Tapatalk on iOS. Just thought I'd mention it.
Update: I had installed a DuckDuckGo search extension to Chrome to prevent Google tracking my shit. I disabled it and now tweets show again. Why? No idea.
