ATP: Kentucky Derby

About to sign up for the Kentucky Derby Marathon, and will obviously stay in town for the Derby that afternoon.

Anyone got any hotel/rental suggestions? Not sure of how big of a group we'll have, but it will probably be anywhere from 4-10 people. Can you rent a house? Would that be more fun and/or inexpensive?
 
no idea on any of that because we all stayed at a friend's house who was from louisville and she took care of the tickets, but it was a fucking blast.
 
Yeah I think I would prefer to rent a house if I can get 8-10 people. Already found some for $300/night. Would be tight.
