You don't know how much money you get every month deposited to your account or you don't know how division works? I are confuse.

Oh, we've got a smart ass among us! Can't say that my salary is as simple as counting the chips left in my pocket after gambling at a casino. My pay structure is salary and bonus which consists of restricted stock that vests over certain periods. So no, I don't know exactly what I made last year other than on a gross basis. I could go look at my W-2 but why make the effort.
 
i think most folks exclude bonuses and stock options/retirement contributions when calculating their net income to housing expense. i know i did, my wife and i both get bonuses that are significant and contribute 10% (plus 5% match) to our 401ks.

Same. If I take my bonuses last year into effect my percentage drops a few more %.
