Buy Deacon Tower Grille...or at least the name!

I thought you couldn't squat on domains for established businesses?
 
Maybe they were the original owners? Remember there was a big changeover recently with the food service.
 
The seller has been on ebay since 1999 - before the Deacon Tower was built. Maybe the seller is a broker for the former operators of the Deacon Tower Grille. Also, they are throwing in two related internet names.
 
If there was a transfer in ownership, then this would be included in the transaction. We're the only school with a Deacon mascot. Still sounds like squatting to me. Listing says only 6 figure offers considered. bwahahhah. Hello, "TheDeaconTowerGrille.com"
