Hasn't the program been trending down coming off of Sean Miller?
 
Doubt he'd leave Xavier, but if he did, I guess he'd likely keep Battle around, haha.
 
Hmm, interesting. For some reason I assumed he wouldn't be a candidate.

Not my favorite, but he'd be okay, I guess. I'd put him right below the White/Miller/Masiello trio, but above Amaker.

This would show me that wellman is afraid of getting rejected. The ad revolves around the ego of wellman.

Better than Turner, but he's still a ways down the list imo.
 
He'd still be a huge upgrade over [Redacted]. I guess that would be the upside of all this, we're pretty much guaranteed to get a significant upgrade no matter who Wellman hires. I'd just love to see us get the big name for once.
 
We should get Mack and let him assemble a staff of Battle, Gaudio, and Kelsey.
 
When stuff like this gets out, makes me think its coming from our side as a smokescreen.
 
Good news is that the fucko from MTSU was a "legitimate target" for the football job also, wasn't he?

Of course, [Redacted] was a "legitimate target" for basketball in 2010...
