Bobby Lutz Leading Candidate for Opening at App State

Seems like a good hire for them. Lutz always looked like a big time redneck, but UNC-Charlotte was solid while he was their coach and they haven't been relevant since. NC State has also been very happy with the job he has done as an assistant to Gottfried.
 
Not a bad hire...he will do well there (relatively speaking).
 
ALways thought it was Bush League of Charlotte to fire him.

Really good coach. Tossed him once when he was coaching at Pfeiffer. Queens whipped his butt & he didn't like it and got all uppity. Popped him twice. Little man can get all red in the face & neck. But the little man can coach!

Lutz definitely gives off the redneck vibe (which is probably why he's such a good fit at State) but he can coach.
 
Hell yeah he can coach. He's the best coach this state has ever seen. His schemes are perfectly suited to any opponent and he can change them in the blink of an eye to make them even more super effective. And the man could recruit and sell ice to eskimoes, Rodney White Diego Guevara, Jobey Thomas, Cornbread Maxwell, Mitchell Bittle-Baldwin, the list goes on. And we would have had Michael Beasley if Bob Huggins and Dalonte Hill hadn't gotten together to fuck Bobby over. Charlotte would have returned to the Final Four and Bobby would be riding in a parade for going again and again to whatever city the Final Four is in in any given year and bringing home the mothafuckin hardware. But instead Judy got pissed and had to let him go and new we have a coach who sucks right now but is going to get better real soon he'll be out on his ass and we'll go after Marshall next year becuase he wants to return to the Charlotte area and charlotte is his dream job and he can puth the cocksucking AAC back in its place and follow in Bobby's footsteps and be the best ever coach in North Carolina (except Bobby who will be in App State). Marshall will have a little differend school than it was when Bobby and I were there though because now it's a FOOTBALL School headed for the BCS division and the playoffs. Our recruiting and alumni involvement have increased due to our football which we have every right to have.
