Saw this over on the State board and thought it would generate some good discussion since the Wake Will campaign is front and center for MSD.

Surprised that Clemson's per member average is so high, given that for years they were focused on the IPTAY approach of courting and valuing the lower-level donors as well as the big-$$ guys. NCSU's Wolfpack Club has successfully taken on that approach under Bobby Purcell.

I'm surprised any Clemson grad makes enough to contribute that much.

It looks like they have very few endowed scholarships, so they are carrying a ton of weight with their annual fund.
 
I'd love to see the numbers in the first post shown over a 5-10 year period. I'd be curious to see if we can quantify how much Wellman shafted our athletic department financially with the Bz hiring.
 
Very interesting to see how the different schools depend on their annual funds as opposed to endowment funds. I know IPTAY focuses on annual fund giving, but I'm really surprised that Clemson essentially has a negligible athlethics endowment.

I think LK became a mod just so he could learn as much as possible about RJ. Those two are reaching Gaybone/Jaybone levels.
