The data is "internet searches" not actual procedures. So a few people doing a lot of looking could skew the numbers in a low population state.
 
Little surprised NV isn't breast implants. Also, CT, what is "eyelid surgery"?
 
Density increasing, schools still headed down the shitter. Streets are status quo.

there's no way this is taken on the same "scale" for all cities. Atlanta has more hills and creeks than charlotte. Other than Manhattan, these can only be accurate for the downtown business district.
 
type atlanta into the search box and you get a much different result.

Dubai is a coastal city with the coast running SW-NE. The main streets are either parallel to the coast or perpendicular to it. Hence the disregard for cardinal directions. Roads run to the coast or along it.
