Top three for me is probably:

Anchorman (2004)
Team America: World Police (2004)
Hot Fuzz (2007)

Basically, comedies have sucked for 10 years.

I probably laughed harder at Forgetting Sarah Marshall than anything i've watched from that time frame.

The Hangover (2009)

Anchorman (2004)

Hon Mention
Wedding Crashers (2005)
21 Jump Street (2012)
Hot Tub Time Machine (2011)
Zombieland (2009)

Add to my Hon Mention:

Role Models
I Love You Man

In no particular order:

Euro Trip (2004)
Beerfest (2006)

I'm saddened that Super Troopers is over a decade old (2001)

I know I'm one of the only ones, but I loved Movie 43. The scene with Elizabeth Banks and the animated cat at the end was easily my favorite.

Eurotrip
Anchorman

There have to be other movies I thought were funny. Can't think of them.

Honestly I think these are the only movies that have made me laugh in the last 10 years. And 4 of them were from 2004:

In the Loop
Tropic Thunder
Borat
Wedding Crashers
Anchorman
Eurotrip
Team America
Shaun of the Dead

Maybe Townie is right. Those are solid but not amazingly funny. TV has been far better.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall probably made me laugh the most the first time I saw it. Its a great movie.

Cooper Harris from Euro trip

is now Deputy U.S. Marshal Tim Gutterson on Justified.

solid picks from the last 10 years:

Tropic Thunder
40yr old virgin
Wedding Crashers
Wet Hot American Summer

Oh man I totally forgot about EuroTrip and Beerfest. Two good ones as well.

Eurotrip, in particular, is incredibly rewatchable.

It's been sullied by the disasterous sequels, but The Hangover was fantastic. Agree with most above that Euro Trip and Beerfest are amazing and rewatchable.

Few more thoughts:

As much as I enjoy the mumblecore genre, which has produced plenty of enjoyable films, it has kind of watered down comedy. Fuck you, Juno.

I don't get the Hangover hype. A few good laughs. Tremendously overrated franchise.

Talladega Nights might crack my top 5 of the past 10 years. in terms of movies not yet mentioned. Role Models, I Love You Man, and Step Brothers were also pretty good.

I think the hardest I've laughed since 2010 is 21 Jump Street.

There were more funny movies from 2000-2004 than there were from 2004-2014:

Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back
Zoolander
O Brother Where Art Thou
How High
Super Troopers
Wet Hot American Summer
Old School
