Chuck Noll

He will be under rated because he didn't says much. You can find Lombardi quotes all over the place, Shula video galore, but hardly any from Noll.

ESPN poll ranks them; not including current Coaches

1. Lombardi
2. Paul Brown
3. Don Schula
4. Tom Landry
5. Joe Gibbs
6. Bill Walsh
7. George Halas
8. Noll
9. John Madden
10. Bill Parcells

Also receiving votes; Earl Lambeau; Bud Grant; Marv Levy; Steve Owen; Hank Stram

I say BS; Noll is third in my book behind Lombardi and Shula; Walsh a close 4th.

Noll and Shula played for Brown. Walsh was his asst. in Cincinnati.

The Steelers drafts from 1969-1974 were absolutely sick. Probably the best run in NFL history.

This. He wasn't an attention whore and didn't play to the media. He just won. With smashmouth football on defense and a goofball (but very good) quarterback.
