It’s just a stunt to remind the evangelicals that Ginsburg is really old and frail and all they have to do is vote for him one last time to end abortion forever.

Because they guys he already added to the Court didn't finish the job.

There's a huge difference between offering up a list of prospective justice nominees when there is an opening vs. when there is not.

But remember, originalist judges don't legislate from the bench. And if they feel snubbed by all the cool people that's too damn bad. Like Tucker and GOP right-wing talking heads, Alito and others seem to believe that they can attack and criticize beliefs that are deeply held by urban liberals with no consequences, especially socially among the cliques they move in. How dare these people snub us socially for trying to destroy what they believe in!
 
How many years until Ms. “I can’t comment on whether Brown vs. Board of education was correctly decided” starts giving these exact same speeches?
 
Even formerly supreme court justices are saying the quiet parts out loud. What these assholes don't seem to understand is that allowing abortion means that they aren't actually being forced to have one.

God judges nations as a whole, not individuals by their actions. Sucks, but that is just the way it is.
