Danny Manning Credibility Watch

Looks like Larry wasn't at fault for Bz at least: https://godeacs.com/news/2010/5/5/What_They_Say_About_Coach_Bzdelik.aspx

Bilas twice guilty though, and now the phony genius has ties to our program. Uh oh:

"Jeff [Redacted] is one of the top coaches in the country, and one of the most prepared and experienced. Jeff may be quiet and soft spoken in demeanor, but he is also an intense competitor that understands the pursuit of excellence on and off the court. Jeff has always stressed trust, hard work and togetherness, and he has always been about the players first. From the NBA to college, Jeff has seen it all in this game, has handled everything with class, and has been successful at every stop. Wake Forest got a good one in Jeff [Redacted]."

No one should take that goof seriously given his #hottakes on [Redacted] and that he shows up to professional meetings wearing a $5000 suit and a pair of Duke Nike's.

is it just me or does it seem like good teams - scratch that - all teams go on ridiculous runs against wake.

everyone talks about state win but state erased a 20 point deficit in nine minutes. UVA last night opens 25-3. it was 31-30 Duke with four minutes to go in first half and then 54-39 duke by the 16 minute mark of the second half. 53-44 VT in the second half, just over two minutes later it was VT 64-44. while wake kind of kept up with GT, the jackets had 68 points with 3:07 remaining in the game - scored 24 in those three minutes to post 92 (that's crazy). miami led 51-49 with 9:11 to go and yet six minutes later with 2:52 remaining it was miami 70-53

i guess that happens to bad teams but wow.
