No way Chip Kelley goes to Buffalo. The QB situation there is worse than in Philly and they have no picks to draft one due to the Watkins trade.
 
If he gets out of his contract (don't see how that happens) and there is a choice between buffalo and San Fran he would be an absolute idiot to go to buffalo.
