Cautiously optimistic that Netanyahu is out. He is the biggest impediment to peace in the Middle East. Trump is #2.
 
Kind of shocked Morales has resigned in Bolivia after massive protests following a suspect election. Sounds like the military was clear they weren't going to support him any longer.
 
when it comes to Latin American leftist leaders getting removed from office, I assume US intervention until proven otherwise

especially when the military is the one forcing the issue

I'm sure you know a ton more about this than I do, but I thought there was pretty clear evidence he fixed the election. And this was after he attempted to have term limits abolished, the people voted that down, and then he just ran anyway?

Word is Corbyn had already arranged to step down as leader immediately if he lost the election. Looks like he'll be putting that plan into effect, maybe as early as tomorrow.

The first part is correct, but the referendum vote for Scottish independence that failed a few years ago had to first be approved/permitted by Parliament in London. So all Johnson has to do is block the vote on a Scottish/Northern Ireland independence referendum. That's what my Scottish friends told me this past summer when I was over there.
