Who do you blame for the loss yesterday?

Uh, we played Gardner-Webb too. Basically, instead of an academy we played a Syracuse team that went 1-6 in the Big East. Otherwise a pretty typical schedule for us.
 
I just blame Syracuse being better than us quite frankly. Their defense was faster, the DL was big and Wolford couldn't see over it. They had a good delayed blitz package that was confusing to our OL & QB and their QB hit his stride in the second half, much to the chagrin of our DB's. We stayed in the game better than last year but it is going to take a year or so more for us to get experienced and up to the level of our ACC competition.

Yep. We still have holes. Clawson has addressed some and some remain.
