I think we are supposed to be surprised that poorly educated impoverished citizens are not quite properly informed of how government works...you know, much like the "Obama gonna take our guns!" crowd or the "Obama gonna declare himself king of earth!" or whatever other nonsense spouted by the general populace.

Yes. He promised to create a foreclosure prevention plan for homeowners. No dice. And on the gas front, he promised to tax oil companies on their record profits, using the proceeds to help citizens pay for their energy. Shockingly, that didn't happen either.

There is no difference in the idiot who sucked up his nonsense and the idiot who is currently sucking up Trump's. You just can't laugh at one because of #pc+whiteguilt, whereas the other's stupidity is fair game to make fun of. In my mind, both should be equally mocked.
 
Either side does not have a good option for president if you ask me. The possibility of Sanders having a chance to become president is scary. How in the world could the US afford to give everyone a free college education...someone anwser this. On the Republican side you have Trump and Cruz. People are making a deal about trump, I am way more scared if Cruz becomes president. While people have an issue with Trump o sending the Mexicans to Mexico, they should have followed the right channels to become legal if you ask me. Banning people from Syria its is not are job as the United States to take care of the world and everyone elses problems we have many people in the U.S that need our help.

I love scotty quietly convincing himself that his support for Trump is somehow justified.
 
1250 delegates needed for the GOP nomination. 595 delegates available on Super Tuesday. Trump leads everywhere but TX, where Cruz is up 5. TX has 155 delegates. If it's close delegate wise, Cruz is hosed. If Trump wins out right, it's over for Cruz.
 
A part of me just wants Bernie to win so we get as much socialism as possible so we can watch the grand experiment burn rather than a gradual trickle to that point.

But yeah, the loud reality star giving us a Great Wall of America and then a showdown with Kanye in 2020 will also prove we're dumb.

I think we have a responsibility to take in refugees from places we have been actively engaged in. If our military is supposedly protecting freedom around the world, some of that protection has to take place within our borders as well.

They should go to Russia or something. But are military shouldn't be protecting freedom around the world. I am sorry it's not our responsibility to help other countries. We have bigger things to worry about at home.

I think Obama was a huge disappointment of a president, but comparing him to Trump is a pretty good litmus test for retardation.

He did put in a place a foreclosure prevention program and he has proposed taxes on oil companies. Wonder who might obstruct him on that? And maybe stop lying, 2&2, if you're capable.

Can you get over your priest molestation flashbacks long enough to read? Where did I lie? It was asked where did Obama promise to pay that lady's gas and mortgage. I pointed out where. So the lady claiming that Obama will pay her gas and mortgage has just enough good faith basis in her beliefs as the guy thinking that Trump will build his wall to keep out the Mexicans. And that is my point, they are the same candidates chasing the same stupidity vote, just on different ends of the spectrum. Anybody who willingly voted/votes for either of them is nothing short of a goddamn moron.

USA Today estimates that it would take $70 Billion annually to eliminate tuition at all public four year colleges. If their estimate is accurate, then you could pay for it by eliminating the mortgage interest deduction alone or you could trim $70 Billion from the defense budget or you could do a combination of things like reducing but not eliminating the mortgage interest deduction, raising taxes and finding savings in the military budget.
