Ron was pretty much gushing over Samuel yesterday. Apparently he buried his face in the playbook and knew the plays and routes without correction. So basically the opposite of KB.

Samuel either lights a fire under KB, or eventually passes him on the depth chart. Funch will start the year, but won't finish as a starter. I could see our year-end WR's being Shepard, Samuel, and Byrd in the Ginn role; and KB brought in as a red zone specialist. Funch is done or converts to TE. GMan made mistakes with KB and Funch, but he saw the error of his ways and made our offense more dynamic in a single draft/offseason.
