Explosions at the Brussels Airport

It's not the transgender people that concern me. It's the sexual predator using this new law as an excuse to be somehere he or she should not be.

Why would bathroom laws matter to sexual predators? How much sexual predatoring happens in bathrooms? It's where people pee and poop.

without this new law pedophiles will only hang out in bathrooms waiting to rape

So are white vans and candy be outlawed next?

how is it common sense?

a transgendered person born with a vagina who has undergone hormone treatment and now looks like a man should use the woman's bathroom? common sense?
True, but the law doesn't just apply to transsexuals who have undergone hormone treatment. It allows all men to be able to use women bathrooms. If someone clearly doesn't belong in the girls bathroom nobody can say anything about it because it's impossible to know if he mentally associates with a women or not.

If there was a way to limit the use of opposite sex bathrooms between only to people who identify as transgender I'd be cool with it, unfortunately that's impossible.

Transgendered people made a lifestyle choice and should have considered feeling awkward in the bathroom before they did so. It's not societies responsibility to give up personal safeties because other people made a lifestyle decision.

How does a transgender person using the same bathroom as you make you unsafe?

"Transgender people made a lifestyle choice." As if it's something easy that society welcomes.

Just like the gays who choose to make their lives easier and more glamorous by being gay.

Somebody tell me how bathroom rules are supposed to stop sexual predators. The same way that gun free zones stop shooters?

People are born gay. Putting on a dress, wearing make up, and taking medication is a lifestyle choice.

Being trans isn't about being gay. Different things.

People said forever that people aren't born gay and I suspect that in another few years (10-15 or so), people will also come to an understanding that gender identity disorder/gender dysphoria is similar.

A lot of the knowledge about people who are trans that is out that stems from a fetishization from porn (changing gender for sexual gain) or bits and pieces of what they hear growing up and read on the internet. There really is a lot of poor information out there. One of the major reasons why I Am Cait is important purely from an audience reach vantage point.
